What we collect

When you write to us through the inquiry form, we receive what you choose to tell us: your name, your email, the names of the couple, the date and place of the wedding, the number of days and guests, how you found us and your message.

Why we use it

We use these details only to reply to you, to check our availability and, if you wish, to prepare a proposal and a contract. The legal basis is your request and the steps needed before a possible contract.

• Web3Forms, which delivers the form to our inbox
• Google Workspace, where our email is stored
• Cloudflare, which hosts this website
• Vimeo, only when you choose to play one of our films

We never sell your data and we never share it for marketing.

How long we keep it

If we work together, we keep your details for as long as the contract and the law require. If we don't, we delete your inquiry within 24 months.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies of its own or tracking tools. When you play a film, the Vimeo player opens with its "do not track" option enabled.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to hello@marriagestoryfilms.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
